Phil co-founded of the Animal Rescue Association and is the current President of the organization.  His expertise in coordinating the formation of systems and processes has been invaluable in launching the Association. He also co-founded a planning and reporting software company in Portland, OR in 1984.  After over 20 years of growth, the international firm was sold and Phil is now retired.  Phil and his wife, Wendy, have a black Labrador, Mesa, and are life-time animal lovers.
